
ABOUT:
The name “Banal na bundok” came from the form of the mountain, that visibly looks like a lying image Jesus Christ.
The mountain in front of Banal na bundok is converted into a place of prayers overlooking the main attraction, the mountain from the other side which forms the shape of the face of Jesus Christ.
One has to climb steps in this stairway, Station of the Cross statues is placed upon going up.
Here, one can stop and pray.
Upon reaching the top, small rooms will get your attention. Inside, there are various Images of Jesus Christ and Mother Mary. This room is intended for those who want to pray and reflect.
